Ampverse, a prominent gaming community and intellectual property ecosystem, has acquired Singapore-based gaming startup Championify. The acquisition will see Championify’s assets being integrated into Ampverse Labs, pushing the development of in-house products and services.
Championify brings valuable technology and intellectual property assets, including its proprietary gamification platform, a reward system, and a gaming product marketplace.
Founded by industry veterans Zad Ngor and Saurabh Sharma, who previously held roles at tech giants like Google and Grab, Championfy has emerged as a pioneering force in gaming technology.
Zad Ngor Yan Da, the founder of Championify, expressed his thoughts on joining forces with Ampverse, where he highlighted the collaborative potential for innovative products and services that have the potential to reshape the gaming landscape.
Jochum, Ampverse’s director of Web3 and Ampverse Labs, stated the shared vision of uniting brands with communities and evolving game-tech solutions across Southeast Asia and India.

The integration of Championfy’s valuable assets into Ampverse Labs is expected to accelerate the creation of in-house products and services, further solidifying Ampverse’s role as a frontrunner in the industry. Ampverse Labs aims to develop data-driven game-tech solutions designed to bridge the divide between brands and their target audiences within the dynamic gaming landscapes of Southeast Asia and India.
