After achieving astounding recognition over Royal Golden Owls Co Ltd, the company introduced its online e-commerce platform in April 2014 but with a changed name called rgo47.

What Is rgo47?

The Myanmar-based company which is currently directed by Chief Executive Officer, Win Nande Thyke aims at fashion and lifestyle products and over the years has gained popularity in delivering optimum consumer satisfaction. As per Aye Chan, Chief Strategic Officer of Royal Golden Owls Co, rgo47 has gained 3 million followers on Facebook followed by hundreds and thousands of customers on its mobile application (available on Android and iOS devices) and website. The company’s major sales occur through its Facebook page, and their most popular sections are accessories and fashion wear followed by household products.[ihc-hide-content ihc_mb_type=”show” ihc_mb_who=”1,2,3″ ihc_mb_template=”1″ ]

Bearing in mind customers needs and preferences, they offer fascinating and user-friendly products at reasonable prices. Apart from selling their products, rgo47 also presents a platform for users where they can sell any kind of product. The company believes that this approach is an affordable medium of entering the e-commerce market for most of the merchants. Presently, the payments made on the online platform are on a cash-on-delivery basis; however, it has the option of making online payments.

Bright  Expansion Plans Of rgo47

Aye Chan further added that they are working hard on broadening their categories while retaining their higher level status in the e-fashion industry. He further added that the e-commerce market is gradually progressing and is still paving its way to be stable. And going by the psychology and the tendency of the merchants, if they observe and learn that a few products are getting sold easily and on a fast pace, then they are more likely to sell these products on the online platform.

Aye Chan believes that people’s faith will help them and their company to grow. rgo47 is also aiming at upgrading their competency as they are all set to target the regional market in the years to come.

The Road Map

Recently, rgo47 has raised an undisclosed seed amount from Daiwa PI Partners, a subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group Inc. This amount of funding will be used by the company for the growth and development of their e-commerce business. Considering the fact that rgo47 has the network reach in nearly 230 cities in Myanmar, the online platform is certainly on the path of victory where their products are used by maximum households.
