The company Vestella Lab, led by Jung Sang-Soo, developed an indoor parking navigation system and participated in ‘GITEX 2023’, the largest IT exhibition in the Middle East, from October 15th to 18th (local time).
Through this participation, Vestella Lab aims to solidify its position in the Middle Eastern market by showcasing innovative parking solutions for overseas smart cities.
At GITEX 2023, Vestella Lab introduced a smart parking navigation system centered around artificial intelligence. This smart parking navigation system utilizes AIoT technology, CCTV video analysis, and various offline data to process and provide real-time information on available parking spaces to drivers and autonomous vehicles online.
The parking navigation system recommends the shortest route to the optimal parking location, contributing to solving traffic issues and improving urban inefficiencies. Drivers can reduce parking time and fuel consumption and enjoy uninterrupted movement experiences even after entering underground parking lots, thereby enjoying a comfortable smart city environment that enables them to reach their final parking destination seamlessly.
Meanwhile, Vestella Lab aims to support sustainable growth in various fields, such as the environment, society, and the economy, by providing customized premium smart city solutions in the Middle Eastern market. Additionally, after signing an MOU with Saudi Arabia, they are accelerating their global market expansion by implementing smart parking systems in various sectors, such as local hotels, large hospitals, and parking facilities.
