iSeller, an omnichannel-based Point-ofSale platform that caters to online and offline merchants in Indonesia, has raised $12 million in its Series B funding round.

The round was led by Intudo Ventures and backed by KVision and existing investors Mandiri Capital Indonesia, and Openspace Ventures, the company said in a statement.

With the injection of fresh funds, iSeller intends to launch a new version of its flagship products focusing on improved user experience, and faster performance and reliability, the company added.

iSeller offers an all-in-one solution that allows businesses to access a fully integrated ecosystem to digitize its sales and operations, including POS.

The platform also allows access to digital payments acceptance, inventory management, instant online stores, marketplace integration, and food delivery integration.

In the past few years of its operations, iSeller has managed to rapidly expand its reach, thus gaining significant traction in merchant adoption and payment processing.

The company is now available in over 30 cities across Indonesia as it also claims to be a very trusted service provider by more than 100,000 businesses.

Looking forward to the next three years, iSeller aims to achieve profitability by focusing on expanding its reach through strategic partners. It also aims to achieve acquisition efficiency, and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV) through more comprehensive and integrated merchant value-added services.

“iSeller has experienced remarkable growth over the past few years, driven by immense demand by MSMEs and online businesses for omnichannel solutions from stock management and marketing to payments and accounting—improving operations efficiency and facilitating business growth,” said iSeller CEO and founder Jimmy Petrus.

Petrus said that iSeller did not only help businesses streamline its day-to-day operations, but they also provided upside business growth for long-term success.

As he expresses his gratitude for the support that they have been getting from new and existing investors, Petrus said, iSellers looks forward to building new products and services that will help to further drive the digital transformation of Indonesia’s economy.
