Automation Anywhere raises US$ 290M In Series B Round

Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation technology and one of the fastest-growing RPA company has successfully raised US$290 million in series B round led by Salesforce Ventures and existing investors Softbank investment advisers and Goldman Sachs.

The company offers a variety of products like Automation Anywhere Module, IQ bot, bot insight, bot store, and mobile app. The company has clients from a variety of verticals. Companies which are into insurance, KPO, healthcare, supply chain, and telecom have lowered their operating cost, improved their risk assessment, fastened their speed of service delivery, and improved profits by deploying the RPA bots designed and developed by Automation Anywhere.

CEO and co-founder of Automation Anywhere, Mr. Mihir Shukla is a visionary and under his leadership, the company has become a global leader within a short period of time. 

Mr. Mihir Shukla said, “Never before has there been such a transformative shift in the way we work, with artificially intelligent software bots changing how people, processes, and technology interact for productivity gains.”

“This new funding reinforces the promise of the RPA category and empowers our customers to achieve greater business agility and increased efficiencies by automating end-to-end business processes,” he added.

The company raised US$550 million last year from SoftBank Investment Advisers, General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), World Innovation Lab, and Workday Ventures in the Series A round.

India Investment Plans

Automation Anywhere, headquartered in the US is planning to invest around US$100 million in India. It has offices in various cities of India and planning to expand its footprint.
