Arkadin, a global provider of cloud communication services and an NTT company, today announced the continued global rollout of its Cisco Webex Calling offering, launching in the Asia Pacific to provide customers with global PSTN telephony via Cisco’s BroadCloud PBX technology under the Webex brand.
Following successful launches in EMEA, the US and Canada this year, Arkadin will first launch its Cisco Webex Calling offering in Australia and New Zealand on 16th September. After which the launch will extend progressively across the wider Asia Pacific market, delivering a one-stop solution for complete enterprise communication and smarter collaboration for customers in the region.
Cisco Webex Calling is a cloud-based, communications solution, packed with the enterprise-grade features of a PBX and integrated with Webex Teams and Devices. By adding Webex Meetings, the service delivers a complete, business-ready bundle bearing the trusted Cisco Webex brand which is fully delivered, managed and supported by Arkadin. Webex Calling provided by Arkadin enables customers to take advantage of a complete communications service which is bespoke to the single user experience.
As a Cisco Webex Calling Service Provider, Arkadin will provide global PSTN telephony through Cisco’s secure BroadCloud platform, offering full enterprise calling and PBX features to aid businesses with their transformations to a smarter workspace. With all voice services run on the parent company, NTT’s global voice network, Arkadin addresses medium and large enterprises with a global cloud calling solution that offers low latency, security and scalability utilizing a single licence plan, from a single service provider.
Arkadin’s Webex Calling works natively within the Webex portfolio of products, which has been optimized to provide a fully unified service on desktop or mobile. Webex Calling also makes it easy for customers to move to the cloud at their own pace. Arkadin will continue to extend the reach of its Cisco Webex Calling offering, with the service set to be delivered in 23 locations globally. The offering is now live in Asia Pacific, EMEA, US, and Canada, with a launch in LATAM to follow shortly.
