Houze, a proptech startup based in Vietnam that uses its offline-to-online platform to provide a fully integrated real estate ecosystem for agents and customers, has raised $2 million in funding led by DKRA Group, allowing the company to continue expanding its services and growing its team to meet demand in Vietnam and beyond.
According to Houze, this fund will continue to strengthen the leadership team while also improving the core product. Furthermore, a strategic alliance with DKRA Group provides the benefit of exclusive inventory as well as enhanced combat experience in the Vietnamese real estate business.
With over ten years of operation and development, DKRA Group is Vietnam’s top real estate service brand, providing comprehensive solutions ranging from market research to investment advising, marketing and distribution, and building management.
Houze also announced that it is close to completing a new venture capital fund in order to launch new products like Houze Portal, Houze Super App, and Houze Finance.
“Technology will disrupt geographical limitations, human capital, close the gap between agents and home-buyers, professionalize the brokerage community” Pham Lam, the Founder of Houze said.
Houze has built a multi-platform for real estate agents and homebuyers, with integrated services ranging from a transaction, management, investment, and financing alternatives.
Houze offers a variety of services, including Houze Agent (digital brokerage), Houze Commerce (a SaaS-based property management platform), and Houze Invest (fintech derived from real estate). All of these services are integrated and linked in Houze, giving users a smooth experience by combining the aspects into a single platform.
In Southeast Asia, Vietnam has developed as a thriving real estate market. Despite the global economic downturn, Vietnam achieved its goal of 2.58 percent GDP growth in 2021. According to the Vietnam National Real Estate Association, the real estate industry will reach $1.2 billion by 2030, accounting for 22% of the economy’s total assets.
