India’s startup incubator, T-Hub, has introduced the Space Tech Incubation Program as part of the AIC T-Hub Foundation initiative. In collaboration with the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), this program aims to support innovation and drive growth in India’s evolving space tech sector.
This collaborative initiative plans to bring about transformative changes in India’s SpaceTech sector by supporting and guiding ten selected Spacetech startups. The program’s primary objectives include cultivating innovation and fueling growth within the Spacetech entrepreneurial landscape, emphasizing startups’ key role in shaping the future of space technology in India.
T-Hub’s Space Tech Incubation Program targets the empowerment of ten carefully selected Spacetech firms across India, employing criteria such as founder experience, product innovation, and robust business models.
Participants in the program include Onnes, Nveeas Labs, Spantrik, STEM & Space, TaraMandal, and Hindustan Magnesium Products Private Limited. These startups will benefit from exclusive access to resources like grants, venture capitalists, cutting-edge engineering laboratories, global mentors, industry experts, and the invaluable insights of seasoned Spacetech entrepreneurs.
The selected startups will undergo an intensive curriculum of mentorship, product-market fit, corporate connections, investor access, and go-to-market activities designed to expedite their growth track.
The program emphasizes a deep approach involving top founders from leading space companies like Skyroot and Dhruva Space. These industry veterans will actively contribute their time and expertise to nurture and mentor the participating startups, enhancing the program’s overall impact.
“The launch of our Space Tech Program marks a significant step towards building a thriving and collaborative environment for startups in this transformative industry. Our program is designed to empower SpaceTech startups by providing a robust ecosystem with unparalleled access to essential resources,” said Mahankali Srinivas Rao, CEO of T-Hub.

Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) facilitates the establishment of innovative greenfield incubation centers, known as Atal Incubation Centres (AICs). These centers aim to foster the growth of startups, guiding them towards becoming scalable and sustainable businesses.
AIM’s support for these AICs involves the creation of incubation facilities across the nation equipped with physical infrastructure, including capital equipment and operational facilities for the startups under incubation. Additionally, sectoral experts will be made available for mentoring purposes, ensuring a comprehensive support system for the startups.
Further, AIM’s support also includes business planning support, access to seed capital, industry partnerships, training, and other relevant components crucial for supporting and nurturing innovative startups in their journey toward growth and sustainability.
