Knovo (formerly MySavvyTutor), Singapore’s premier knowledge exchange and learning platform, has announced the expansion of its EdTech services to cover private supplementary tutoring (K-12 to Tertiary), professional development, and corporate training.
Formerly MySavvyTutor, the platform partners with approximately 50 enterprises and qualified instructors to democratise education, giving learners of all ages from around the world the freedom to learn virtually.
Knovo, with 10,000 users, is the only edtech platform that provides a one-stop hub for an effective and engaging learning experience with its in-house built virtual learning tools, including integrated classroom management, bespoke marketing programs and payment systems to facilitate seamless synchronous and asynchronous learning for everyone.
Created in 2021, Knovo (Knowledge Network Optimised for Virtual Operations) is a Singapore EdTech company that aims to become the world’s premier knowledge exchange and learning platform.
The platform started out as one-to-one online learning for students and tutors worldwide, acting as a virtual classroom. It has since expanded to include professional development and corporate training as more corporate clients such as MAM Holdings Entertainment, Setyl, and DFNN began using the platform to conduct digital courses with integrated tools to cater to their global employees’ training needs in a seamless way.
Its variety of contents aims to cover self-development and improvement topics to encourage lifelong learning. Some key professional development courses include mental wellness, self-confidence, finance advisory coaching, and many more.
Kelly Te, CEO and Founder of Knovo, said the initial idea was to create a product where he could solve the needs of children who have limitations to get proper schooling and to connect quality instructors around the world through a real-time interactive platform.
Due to demand from corporate clients, Te said, today they are no longer just a platform that covers the shadow education industry but the corporate industry as well.
The startup said its goal is to facilitate an inclusive and high-learning global educational network that promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all.
