Singapore’s gaming and entertainment-focused firm, Coda Payments has acquired mobile esports platform BAASH from developer CAPSL Entertainment Ltd. recently. The acquisition will enable Coda to expand its existing gaming products and solutions portfolio, including Codashop-its global marketplace for digital gaming content, and CGS (Codashop Global Series) – its fastest-growing esports platform.
BAASH, developed by veterans in cellular gaming from 6 Waves, Zynga, and Animoca is a leading cellular expertise that offers the users to create esports tournaments, participate in several competitions, and discover a group of like-minded gaming followers.
The impressive growth of Codaship Global Series which now operates in 17 international markets, with more than 100,000 participants in the last one year, this acquisition and integration will help Coda to scale and serve its gamers who seek to participate in Codashop Global Series esports events better.
