SG startup Hybr1d raises $3.2m, eyes global workforce management expansion

Singapore-based workforce management platform Hybr1d has announced a successful $3.2 million in its pre-Seed funding round, backed by Global Founders Capital, MS&AD, 468 Capital, and 1982 Ventures.

In a statement, the startup said it will use the fresh funding to finance its platform’s technology development, personnel recruitment, and geographic expansion, particularly in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

Launched in August 2022, Hybr1d offers a comprehensive solution for businesses to optimize their HR and IT processes, from onboarding to employee off-boarding. The platform features an innovative command bot, which automates administrative tasks, freeing up time for more meaningful work.

Since its inception, Hybr1d said it has been pivotal in driving cost savings of up to 30% for high-growth businesses. Operating as the only platform in APAC serving over 5,000 users in more than 30 organizations across 80 countries, Hybr1d offers unparalleled global reach.

Hybr1d’s leadership comprises seasoned entrepreneurs Yoan Kamalski, Pauline Wetzer, and Aditya Anand, founders of Hmlet, FOERNI, and Tellephant, respectively. They launched Hybr1d to eliminate administrative complexities from business systems, recognizing a market gap for a unified HR and IT platform.

Commenting on the funding round, Kamalski expressed gratitude for the investor support and excitement about the platform’s potential to help companies prepare for the AI revolution. His sentiments were echoed by Tiffine Wang, Partner at MS&AD Ventures, and Tito Costa, Partner at Global Founders Capital, both of whom voiced enthusiasm about the partnership and Hybr1d’s future prospects.

With the new funding, Hybr1d plans to expand its team and enhance the platform’s capabilities to better serve its growing customer base, including renowned brands like Carousell, Sleek, CyberSierra, Beam Mobility, and Multiplier.
