Singapore-based SaaS platform Omni HR, specializing in employee management solutions, has secured $7.4 million in its latest funding round. The round was led by Picus Capital, with additional backing from Alpha JWC Ventures, January Capital, and Ratio Ventures. This brings Omni HR’s total funding to $9.8 million since its establishment.

The newly raised funds will support the expansion of Omni HR’s tailored HR and payroll solutions, designed to meet the unique needs of the Asian market. Picus Capital, known for investing in early-stage tech ventures, contributed to this funding round.

Omni HR plans to utilize the newly secured funding to expand its product offerings across the Asia-Pacific region and strengthen its localization efforts, including the rollout of a multi-country payroll feature. The company is focused on addressing the challenges faced by fast-growing businesses in Asia by providing sophisticated, flexible workflows that operate seamlessly across borders while meeting local compliance needs.

Founded in 2021 by former Goldman Sachs executive Brian Ip, Omni HR offers a unified platform that automates HR tasks, manages teams, and processes multi-country payroll from a single interface. The platform integrates with popular office productivity suites and supports a wide range of features, including performance management and the automation of manual HR processes. Omni HR’s customer base spans hundreds of companies across Asia, with users in 79 countries.

Brian Ip, Founder and CEO of Omni HR highlighted the region’s unmet demand for modern, scalable HR solutions. “Asia has long been overlooked in the HR tech landscape, forcing companies to choose between global platforms that lack localization or local platforms that fail to scale. We’re changing that by building natively for Asia, blending localized features with modern functionalities like automation and flexible workflows,” he said. He further stated Omni HR’s mission to serve as the foundational operating system for effective employee management tailored to the needs of multi-country teams.

Naman Jhawar, Partner and Head of India and Southeast Asia at Picus Capital, commended Omni HR’s innovative approach to HR technology. “Their full-stack solutions address critical challenges for organizations, enabling them to streamline operations and enhance employee experiences,” Jhawar said.

He added that Picus Capital strongly supports Omni HR’s vision of transforming the future of work, particularly as the Asia-Pacific region continues to drive global economic growth post-pandemic.

Omni HR has served hundreds of customers across Asia, with clients in 79 countries. Nearly 70% of its clients manage multi-country teams, benefiting from the platform’s ability to streamline global workforce management. Its customer base includes prominent names like Endowus and Funding Societies, which have leveraged Omni HR’s solutions to optimize their operations.

Jeffrey Joe, Co-Founder and General Partner at Alpha JWC Ventures, praised Omni HR for its innovative approach to combining localization with a user-friendly interface. “Their integrated and easy-to-use HR platform has distinguished them in the industry. We are proud to deepen our partnership as they continue to expand regionally and push boundaries in HR tech,” he said.

The company’s new funding will support its regional expansion and the enhancement of localized features, including developing multi-country payroll capabilities.
