beSUCCESS Group, in collaboration with AsiaTechDaily and KoreaTechDesk, hosts AsiaStartupExpo quarterly to bring together high-growth startups and global investors. The Q3 2025 edition will take place virtually on September 19, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM SGT, continuing the series’ mission to connect innovators with funding, mentorship, and strategic partners. This edition focuses on AI, SaaS, consumer tech, and sustainability, providing a platform for startups to pitch live, gain visibility, and form meaningful relationships with investors and corporates shaping Asia’s tech ecosystem.

Across Asia, venture capital activity has remained strong, with startups raising billions across key tech sectors. The market is highly competitive, and access to investors, strategic partnerships, and mentorship is essential for early-stage founders looking to scale. Events like AsiaStartupExpo provide a focused platform where startups can present innovations, receive expert feedback, and explore funding and partnership opportunities, while investors gain access to high-potential ventures from across the region in one curated, efficient forum.

Following the success of the Q2 edition, this quarter’s expo aims to spotlight a fresh cohort of disruptive startups, providing them with a unique opportunity to pitch live, gain visibility, and forge high-impact relationships with decision-makers who are actively shaping Asia’s digital future. Whether founders are seeking growth capital or investors are scouting for the next breakout company, AsiaStartupExpo Q3 2025 promises to be the place to connect, collaborate, and scale.

Organized by beSUCCESS, the Expo brings together a curated lineup of high-potential startups and leading venture capital firms, family offices, and angel investors, ensuring that participating founders gain visibility in front of decision-makers who are actively seeking the next wave of scalable businesses.

Why the Expo Matters

For startups, the challenge often lies not in building solutions but in accessing the right networks that enable growth. AsiaStartupExpo addresses this by offering:

Direct Access to Investors

One of the biggest hurdles for startups is securing meaningful time with investors who not only bring capital but also strategic guidance. At AsiaStartupExpo, founders won’t just be pitching into a void — they will be meeting with 10 carefully selected investors, split across two rooms. This ensures that every founder has the chance to present twice, increasing visibility and recall.

Structured Pitching Format

The Expo has been designed to give startups both the spotlight and the dialogue that often gets missed in larger events. Each pitch slot includes 4 minutes of presentation and 4 minutes of focused discussion, striking a balance between storytelling and critical questioning. This structure helps founders receive real-time feedback while also demonstrating their ability to handle investor queries under pressure. The dual-room format means startups repeat their pitches, refining their delivery and exposing their ideas to a wider pool of investors. This repetition is invaluable — it strengthens messaging, provides additional insights, and doubles the chances of sparking genuine investor interest.

Actionable Outcomes

AsiaStartupExpo is not a “show-and-go” platform. The event has been designed with a strong emphasis on outcomes and next steps. When investors express interest, startups will be connected formally after the event, ensuring that conversations move from the pitch room to structured funding discussions. For founders still in the early stages, this is an equally valuable opportunity to gain targeted feedback on product, market fit, and investor readiness — inputs that can significantly accelerate their growth trajectory. By blending funding opportunities with mentorship-like insights, the Expo maximizes the return on participation for every founder.

Strategic Visibility

The Expo goes beyond a pure investor pitch. Participating startups gain exposure within Asia’s broader innovation ecosystem, including peers, media, and potential partners who closely track such curated events. Being featured in an event of this scale builds credibility, strengthens positioning in competitive markets, and often leads to unexpected opportunities, such as strategic partnerships, talent acquisition, or collaborations with other startups. By placing founders in front of diverse stakeholders, the Expo extends their influence well beyond the room of investors.

A Gateway to the Asian Investment Ecosystem

At its core, AsiaStartupExpo is not just another startup event — it is a gateway into Asia’s rapidly evolving investment landscape. By combining structured investor access, outcome-oriented design, and ecosystem-wide visibility, the Expo equips founders with far more than just a stage. It offers them a launchpad into meaningful investor networks, practical advice to sharpen strategies, and the credibility required to scale beyond local markets. For early and growth-stage startups alike, this is an opportunity to gain both immediate traction and long-term positioning within one of the world’s most dynamic entrepreneurial regions.

Event Highlights and How They Empower Startups

Investor Panel Access: Startups will present to two sets of investors (5 each), ensuring direct engagement with all 10 investors. This setup increases the likelihood of interest and ensures every founder gets quality face time with decision-makers.

Curated Pitch Sessions: The 4+4 pitch format is structured to mirror real-world investor meetings. The limited time pushes startups to sharpen their storytelling and value proposition, while the discussion window enables investors to test assumptions, ask strategic questions, and explore alignment.

A dedicated pre-event rehearsal: It ensures startups refine their pitch, avoid common mistakes, and deliver with confidence. Feedback during the dry run will be tailored to highlight both strengths and red flags, allowing founders to present their best selves during the main event.

Post-Event Follow-Up: The Expo does not end when the Zoom call closes. Investors showing interest will be introduced directly to founders, streamlining the fundraising process. Startups that seek feedback will receive structured inputs, helping them reposition for future rounds if immediate capital is not secured.

Event Details:

  • Date: September 19, 2025 (Friday)
  • Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM SGT
  • Format: Fully Virtual
  • Registration: Startup applications are now open; investor and ecosystem registration is ongoing.

The Larger Impact

AsiaStartupExpo is more than a pitch stage — it is a relationship-building catalyst. For many startups, it could be the beginning of long-term investor partnerships, strategic alliances, or even entry into new markets through the networks of participating VCs.

By fostering meaningful interactions, structured outcomes, and extended visibility, the Expo reinforces Asia’s position as one of the fastest-growing startup hubs globally. For founders ready to scale, it represents a rare opportunity to compress months of investor outreach into a single, high-impact event.

How to Apply

Startups interested in pitching are encouraged to apply early to secure a slot and maximize exposure. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to present. This is a prime opportunity for emerging companies to connect with investors, receive actionable feedback, and gain visibility across Asia’s growing startup ecosystem.
