Malaysia’s Aerodyne enters Italian market through strategic alliance with Aiviewgroup

Aerodyne Group, a drone solutions provider headquartered in Malaysia, has announced it official entry into the Italian market through a strategic investment in Aiviewgroup, the top drone service provider in Italy.

The partnership will allow Aiviewgroup and Aerodyne to harness synergies from their respective areas of expertise, share their technologies and bring these to a bigger global audience.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Aiviewgroup to Aerodyne. Through this partnership Aiviewgroup will be able to capitalise on the Aerodyne’s deep and proven track record in drone and data technology for nested drone systems and advanced mobility to expand into new markets, including remote autonomous drone-based solutions, and AI-powered analytics which offer better value and scope of services to their customers” said Kamarul A Muhamed, Founder and Group CEO of Aerodyne.

Aerodyne made the strategic move to enter the Italian market as part of its global expansion and technological advancement plans. The company projects the Italian commercial drone software and services market to grow to $595 million in 2026.

Aiviewgroup that is based in Rome also brings a wealth of expertise in drone solutions. The company has track record of servicing high-profile clients in Italy, especially for infrastructure inspection. With its qualifications, Aiviewgroup is the best partner for Aerodyne’s global expansion plans.

Aerodyne can also leverage on Aiviewgroup’s advanced expertise in infrastructure inspection and market access to expand its capabilities and global reach. Muhamed said that the partnership marks Aerodyne’s twenty-first global M&A.

Stefano Gennenzi, Aiviewgroup‘s CEO, said that their partnership with Aerodyne is an exciting opportunity for Aiviewgroup and their management team to continue to drive the company’s growth.

Nicola Marietti, Aiviewgroup’s General Manager said they are eager to combine their expertise and local market access with Aerodyne’s global presence and enviable track record of success.

By combining their expertise in artificial intelligence and industrial knowledge, Marietti said, they can enhance their drone-based solutions and further expand their technology offerings to penetrate new markets worldwide.

The synergies between their two companies, according to Marietti, will surely enable them to deliver more value to their customers, and develop the most innovative and effective solutions to address their needs.
