KAMEREO, the first Vietnam-based restaurant tech startup was established by Taku Tanaka, in April 2018. Being the first B2B purchasing and sourcing platform, the startup attained more recognition and support from suppliers and restaurants when it first introduced its service in June 2018. The company has received funds from two potential investors, namely Velocity Ventures Vietnam (VVV) and Genesia Ventures. They have raised a total amount of $500,000 from the investors in just one funding round to help Vietnamese restaurants deal with suppliers and food orders efficiently.

KAMEREO strives to assist restaurants in Vietnam by simplifying the complex procedures for them so they can source and purchase from suppliers using just one system instead of wasting their valuable time and energy in following ineffective approaches.

KAMEREO – Benefitting Restaurants and Suppliers Simultaneously

Finding a prospective supplier and placing an order for the needed ingredients requires a great deal of time and effort. Restaurants find it herculean at times and their quality of service suffers as a result. KAMEREO facilitates sourcing and purchasing so restaurants can direct their remarkable endeavors towards providing customers with outstanding services. Our company helps restaurants grow and increase profits often.

Similarly, KAMEREO provides suppliers with assistance who squander plenty of time in introducing products and services to HORECA customers. Besides that, they also must deal with orders and payments through various methods of communication such as Email, telephone, and much more. Our company enables suppliers to steer their attention to providing exceptional customer support and ameliorating product quality by making sales activity and order management easier for them.

Restaurant owners and managers still face a lot of hardships with tasks related to sourcing and purchasing because of the lack of efficiency.  Additionally, manual work is troublesome and time-consuming. KAMEREO aims at providing the best solutions for improving the products and services of Vietnamese restaurants while considering customer feedback.

The company makes use of modern-day technology to eliminate the inefficacy of purchasing and sourcing so restaurants can focus on other important aspects of business such as providing the customers with the most exquisite dining experience. Last but not least, the company is looking forward to expanding its unparalleled service offerings into other regions and industries simultaneously.
