Applications open for the Asia chapter of Silicon Valley-based Founder Institute

Founder Institute, an early-stage accelerator is calling for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs in need of mentorship, training and funding. The program offers perks from selected partners.

The Founder Institute, an idea-stage accelerator and startup launch program, has opened applications for it’s remote (Asia time zone) chapter run from Hong Kong. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2014, the program has created 40+ promising technology companies in the region, like Sam The Local, CAPSL, Bravera.co, and many more. The Founder Institute was founded in 2009 by Adeo Ressi and Jonathan Greechan. It is operated out of Palo Alto, California.

Last year’s co-hort had a 55% female founder rate. In addition, the 2020 program will include the Founder Institute’s newest company-building curriculum suitable to address the needs of advanced founders (MVP stage) as well as aspiring new entrepreneurs at the idea-stage – a project just released this year in collaboration with hundreds of startup leaders across the globe. The Hong Kong Chapter will once again be led by local startup leaders Jeffrey Broer, Leo Ku together with Evelyn Rosari.
