Private equity firm Gaw Capital Partners has revealed a strategic investment in NPX Point Avenue, a prominent K-12 education group based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This investment covers both True North International School (TNIS) and Point Avenue, key institutions within the NPX Point Avenue network.
True North International School (TNIS) is recognized as one of Vietnam’s most forward-thinking and entrepreneurial K-12 institutions. The school is built on Four Pillars of Excellence—Academic Rigor, Global Citizenry, Character, and Fitness & Wellness—designed to cultivate an active lifestyle and encourage students to make healthy choices.
The school has achieved key accreditations, including a six-year term from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and STEM.org accreditation. TNIS, located in Hanoi’s Ha Dong District, also offers more than 15 Advanced Placement (AP) courses and serves as an SAT and AP testing center.
In addition to academic excellence, TNIS has facilities, including a grass football pitch, an indoor heated swimming pool, a gymnasium, and multiple maker spaces. With a capacity of 1,000 students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, the school provides an enriched environment with 50 classrooms and multifunctional spaces. TNIS’s guiding principles, encapsulated by its 3C’s—Children First, Culture Always, and Community Forever—serve as the foundation for a student-centered approach, reinforcing its commitment to quality education.
Point Avenue, a key part of the NPX Point Avenue group, enhances TNIS’s curriculum with its advanced teaching methods and career development programs. Together, these institutions offer a comprehensive education that equips students with essential skills to succeed in a competitive landscape, preparing them for both academic and professional challenges.
